  • Cinamon stick
  • bay leaves
  • Dry spices: black pepper, salt, cardamon, cumin seeds, all spice, chilli flakes, turmeric, seven spice, coriander, clove powder
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • sunflower oil and olive oil
  • tomato puree
  • Natural yoghurt
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • long grain rice
  • parsley and almond for garnish
