INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Kg lamb mince or beef mince
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- Quarter cup chopped dill
- 3 spring onions
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 table spoon minced garlic
- 2 and a half cups of pudding rice or egyptian rice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Tomato Puree
- Dry spices: salt, cumin powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, seven spice, citric acid (optional)
- 1 onion
- Sunflower oil
- 1 kg lamb chops
- 1 Turkish cabbage/flat cabbage
- Vinegar
- Dried mint
